The simple-grained painted Hardwick range was chosen for its modern traditional feel, with a soft palette of blue and off-white creating a sense of calm and light. As we were involved during the build stage, we could work with the client and architect to advise on the best location and size of the windows to maximise storage and ergonomic use of the space.
The traditional detail of this kitchen was considered throughout the creation process. A bespoke-built dresser adds to the country-kitchen feel; block-end posts create a quality hand-made feel; the bespoke chimney and mantle was built to frame the hob; bronze handles and complementary tap with a Belfast ceramic sink ooze luxury; wicker vegetable baskets and tongue-and-groove panelling complete the design.
