A Holiday Home Transformation
A soft grey combined with natural wood reflected the coastal style of this apartment. Oak is cleverly contrasted by industrial-look lighting and brackets to add interest. Sutton Silk doors are a practical choice for a holiday home, as it has an easy-to-clean dirt and fingerprint-resistant coating. Natural materials were key, so hard-wearing granite was chosen for the worktop material. We were also able to incorporate bespoke shelving, offering a fantastic storage solution without shrinking the space.
The huge glass splashback in Decoglaze ‘Aegean’ blue makes this small kitchen stand out from the crowd and is the ideal choice for a low-maintenance holiday home. Using an integrated fridge and washing machine (installed backwards into a corner to be accessed through the corridor) was essential to maintaining the clutter-free look.
